Q & A

Q: What does the season cost?

A: Summer is a flat $135 fee.

Q: When is the last day to register?

A: May 27

Q: What can I use to verify my child's age?

A: Any official document with the child's full name and birth date: birth certificate, passport, insurance card, report card, etc.

Q: When will I hear from my coach?

A: By the first week of June.

Q: When do games start?

A: Around June 20th depending on when uniforms arrive. A schedule will be published to the website one week prior to games beginning.

Q: What does my registration fee include? What do I still need to buy?

A: Your registration includes your jersey, hat, and all season fees. You will still need to buy for your child pants, socks, and a belt (wait on coach's directions) as well as a bat, helmet, and cleats (not required for 3/4 and no metal please).

Q: What kind of bat should I buy?

A: Under "Resources" and then "Helpful Documents" there is a bat chart that will help you choose a bat for your child.

Q: What does the game schedule look like?

A: T-ball 3/4: games once or twice a week on Tues, Wed, or Thurs at 6:00pm or Sat at 10:00am.

T-ball 5/6: games once or twice a week on Tues, Wed, or Thurs at 7:15pm or Sat at 11:15am, 12:45pm, 2:15pm, or 3:45pm.

Coach pitch 7/8: games once or twice a week on Tues, Wed, or Thurs at 6:00pm or 7:30pm.

Kid pitch 9/10, 11/12, and 13+: games once or twice a week on Tues, Wed, or Thurs at 6:00pm or 7:45pm.

Q: When are practices?

A: Practices are arranged by coaches based on their personal schedules, because all of our coaches are volunteers. Coaches typically schedule practice on weekday evenings.

FYI for all parents: we do not allow metal cleats and all children are required to have their jersey and hat in order to play in each game. If a child does not have their jersey or hat, they are not eligible to play. Unfortunately, because our summer season is so short, we are unable to order replacements so it is very important that these items are kept up with.
